What Is The Treatment For Delay In Menstruation?

HI doctor...I got my last periods on 27th February. Today is 7th April and no signs of any bleeding. I was getting cramps since last 5 days so thought of doing a preg test which was positive. I can't afford this pregnancy right now so went to a doctor. She has written Tab MT pill 3 tab stat and after 48 hrs Mesoprostol 200 mg 2 tabs together. My question is MT pill 3 tab stat means having thm in the morn, noon and eve??
