What Is The Treatment For Depression And Sore Throat?

Hi have just been to the drs as I have been feeling out of sorts - very touchy, snappy and emotional which is unusual for me. tired too no matter how much sleep i have, she was concerned i had depression but i don't think this is the case, I also have a sore throat only when I swallow on the right side of my throat. oh and my periods have been slightly iregular for me. any help would be good
