What Is The Treatment For Dizziness And Headache?

my 59 yr. old fiancee is having dizziness, leading to fainting spells when getting up from bed or sitting postion . Also ringing in head that is constant and sometimes stops on rare occations but only for a short peroid of time then back to ringing has been happening the past two months alot of spells where occuring then doctor thought it could be low blood pressure and put him on fludrocortisone 0.1 mg tablet seemed to stop the fainting speels for three weeks but now back again . please help with advice cant afford a bunch of tests do to finical reasons but had a stress test and came back okay
