What Is The Treatment For Dry Skin , Pimples And Blackhead All Over The Body?

I'm so ashamed of what I'm about to ask. For as long as I can remember I have ALWAYS picked my scabs pimples black blackheads, dried skin on feet, well EVERYWHERE AND ANYWHERE I'm able to reach on my body. OK well the thing is.....I EAT IT. I'M E EVEN BEEN KNOW TO EAT THE SAME THINGS OFF OF MY CHILDREN AND HUSBAND. Only them...but still its absolutely disgusting. I'm disgusted with myself, I've tried soooooo many times to stop to no avail. Is there a medical diagnosis for this? Please help me. I'm too ashamed to tell my doctor of this. I'm also terrified my husband or children our someone else is going to catch me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP.
