What Is The Treatment For Dry White Dots In The Finger?

I was canoeing without gloves on sunday and my hands got very cold. Then on monday I noticed white dry spots on my fingertips and my my nails, now where the skin was dry and white, it has gone black. It looks like ink but it wont wash off. Can you help me please?
