What Is The Treatment For Ear And Head Pain?

i recently suffered with an ear ache on sunday afternoon after having a cold all week it got so bad my head was hurting and there was alot of pressure i used a hot compress and went to bed early i woke up the next day (monday) morning and there was alot of blood on my pillow.

i didnt touch my ear and went to the doctors that morning they had a look and told me i have a slight tear in the ear drum here are some antibioctics which i am still taking its a five day course i can NOT what so ever hear out of my left ear its still painful all i can hear is a loud ringing noise since taking my medication im very dizzy keep having noise bleeds and lost balance im quite concerned is there anything else i can do please help many thanks.
