What Is The Treatment For Ear Pain?

I do have pain in my left ear. There is discharge also of the colour of ear wax. The medicines given by the doctors gives relief for a week only. After a week again pain reappears. There is difference in hearing between right and left ear. what could be the reason ? this is going on for the past two months. Any goods doctors/hospital in and around south delhi ?
