What Is The Treatment For Ear Problem?

my son,since child he have already ear problem.until grow up same he has many hospital been checking up or consult the doctor.sometime is ok because of pain killer medicine he have before they have liquide come out to his ear.but now he is look after him self the earn quite dry.but the ears already have damage its means hole no suport to protect.what is the best to do.to have the surgery to cover the damage.
