What Is The Treatment For Eczema?

Hi.
I have had eczema my whole life, and rarely but sometimes get a flare up on my penis. As always i have used a low strength steroid cream until it clears. I recently had a flare and pretty much had it under control. However, I just noticed a few days ago 3 small ulcer-like marks. They are about 3mm in diameter, kind of painful, and two of them look scabbed over.
I have had the same sexual partner for over two years, so am doubting that it is an STI. They look way too small to be a syphilitic chancre, and do not resemble herpes.
Is it possible these were a result of chafing due to sexual activity while my eczema wasn't completely under control, or some other non-STI bacterial infection secondary to chafing?
Is there anything I can do to speed the healing?
