What Is The Treatment For Edema?

Hi my sister of age 6 has edema from 2 days ,wbc count has increased to 40,400,neutrophills-82%,e.s.r-90mm/hr,a.e.c-1210cells/cumm,blood urea-70mg/dl,albumin-++++,pus cells-20-40/hpf,epithelial cells-4-6/hpf,rbc's-2-3/hpf .her urine output is decreased & she is unable to feel passing stools.is this something serious with kidney ?
