What Is The Treatment For Elbow And Knee Pain?

hello, I am a 48 yr old female and I about 2 months ago my left elbow started to hurt to the point it was hard to pick up heavy things, then about 1 month ago my left knee started to hurt but only when I came down the stairs, now my other knee is starting to do the same thing. Do you have any ideas?
