What Is The Treatment For Elbow Pain?

Please let me know what is wrong ... I do get this pain in my elbow it is moving down my arm and also to my shoulder can you please help and should I go for X-Rays the pain never stops- There is also a swelling at the bottom of my elbow like they call it a "tennis elbow" - Many Thanks
