What Is The Treatment For Electric Shock Pain In The Hand?

Hi, yesterday I received a electric shock in my hand, afterwards my arm was tingly and numb and felt very floppy and I was very tired. Today my arm still feels weird and seems to be alot weaker than the other arm also I am still very tired, have I got anything to be worried about?
