What Is The Treatment For Endometriomas?

hi it is now 50 days since my last period. I have always had a 28-32 day cycle. Since i have been ttc i found out i have endometriomas on my ovaries and since finding out my cycles have slightly changed by a day or two now im am 50 days (wich this has never happened), into my cycle have taken a hpt only to get a negative result. Not having any pregnancy symptons really. Am getting some sciatic pain atm wich very sore. Just wondering could i be pregnant still? i have a doc appoint monday and hope to get a blood test to confirm..
