What Is The Treatment For Enlarged Uterus And Uterus Wo Fibroid?

Hello Doctor,
I am Bhawna and I am 35 yrs old. From the last few months I was having heavy periods, especially the 2nd day and spotting after the periods for about 8 - 10 days. Even there was a problem of frequent urination, I was adviced an Ultrasound Whole Abdomen (TVS). The report states that "Uterus is enlarged in size, anterverted in position. It measures 10.0x8.2x6.8 cms. An intramural fibroid of approx. 5.6 cm seen in right lateral wall. Endometrial thickness is approx. 10.7 mm. Endometrium is distorted by fibroid". I have 2 babies but still I do not want to get my uterus removed and even want a permanent remedy to it.... Pls suggest me, what should be the best line of treatment.......as I am very scared and confused.....Pls help me in knowing the right treatment for the same..... Thanks Bhawna
