What Is The Treatment For Epilepsy Diminishing IQ And Memory?

My daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy at 19. She has tried Epilim and Keppra but neither works, She is in college and earlier this month she was seen by a neuropsychologist who ran a battery of tests and concluded that her IQ was diminishing and her memory as well. What can I do?
