What Is The Treatment For Estrogen Dominance Syndrome And High Cholesterol??

Hello, I have been diagnosed with Estrogen dominance and am 38. I also have high cholesterol (7.2) but the ratio of good and bad cholesterol is fine. I am 5ft 9 and weigh 130 pounds, don t smoke and don t eat red meat or poultry and I think the doctor wants to put me back on Yasmin and cholesterol medication but I am reluctanct to take either of these. Other than what appears to be menopausal symptoms that I would like to get rid of, I am fit and healthy. Any suggestions?
