What Is The Treatment For Eye Pain And Mouth Infection?

Good Evening all of you, my mother is suffering from Some Mouth problme. due to eye pain her mouth is not working one side. when she will talk any one then one sode mouth is move one side. so please suggest what i do? and also tel me it will be fine to madicein or not.
