What Is The Treatment For Fever , Shivering , Headache And Lower Back Pain?

I am suffering from fever, shivering, headache and body pain, especially in lower back, and which is also important that i am not able to hear any body means less hearing power since 4 - 5 days.headache is so painful.

I have some prescription for some medicine which is :

1-Acenac-p

2-Esofag-D

3-Oflomac 300

4-Enzyplex

Is given prescription right?

please suggest me because i am at rural site.
