What Is The Treatment For Fever , Strep Throat And Ear Infection?

My 4 year old daughter has been running a fever of 103 for the past 4 days. I took her to the urgent care and was informed that she had a ear infection, stomach virus, and strep throat. They prescribed Cefdinir 250mg. It is not helping....she is worse today than yesterday. She is complaining of stomach ache, vomitting, and a terrible whooping like cough. How much longer do I wait with this fever?
