What Is The Treatment For Foul Smelling Menstrual Bleeding And Pelvic Pain?

Hi,I'm 34 yrs old with no children,160cm height, experiencing this foul odor menstrual bleeding for the past two months now.,before menstruation,there's foul blackish vaginal discharge then i entered my periods,sometimes it happenes twice in a months with a heavy blood loss and later on comes out like spots,no abdominal pain,dysuria,there's pelvic pain and dyspareunia...,please help
