What Is The Treatment For Fungal Spots In Ear?

HI, I have had a sore bump ar edge of ear cartilage- and was not able to see it due to location. Have irritated it by thinking it might be an unsightly whitehead or such, and tried to scratch out with fingernails, but now only left with small ulceration -. Have bought a small camera that magnifies - and in searching to find bump came across some fungal spots- what looks like that at least. I have other problems with resonanace sounding constantly - so am sensitive to my ears. Should I use something to rid ear of fungal spots- (very small). ?
