What Is The Treatment For Genital Warts?

Hello, me and my husband are waiting to start with a new IVF treatment anytime now (just waiting for my period), after our second IVF treatment i discovered some genital warts (condyloma), I got pregnant then but miscarried after 5 weeks. Would it affect the next IVF treatment if I started a warts treatment with Wartec now and would I have to stop the treatmeant when I got my period and when I start with the hormone injections?
