What Is The Treatment For Grey Lumps On The Face?

I have these small blackish gray lumps under the skin on my face. They have been there for several weeks now, I use a 6% benzoyl peroxide twice daily and a exfoliator scrub, so I don't think they are black heads also because the size. (about the head of a ball point pen.) There are about 3-5 near the corner of either side of my mouth and a few right under one of my nostrils. Any idea of what these could be or how to get rid of them?
