What Is The Treatment For Hair Loss Near The Forehead?

hi, i have been using finax 1 mg from last few years. I recently noticed some hair thinning, so i started tugain 10%.. i had used Hair4u 5% few years back, the results were good, but gradually i stopped using it. Now i recently saw some thinning near my forehead, and applied tugain 10% for a month but i feel the hair fall has increased instead in that area. Please advise thanks
