What Is The Treatment For Head Pain?

I was hit by a soccer ball by a 16 year old extremly hard, and I blacked out for a mere 3 seconds. I hit my head not only against the ball but the impact sent me hitting the wall beside me, and then I eventually fell down. I fell pain and the need to throught up, and this was 10 hours ago. HELP!
