What Is The Treatment For Headache And Breathing Problems?

hello doc...my head is not exactly painig but seems very heavy.....and also problem while breathing .today this is the 3rd day....but yest night i took steam felt very relaxed but again in the morning problem while waking up
full of body pain joints pain.....kindly suggest
