What Is The Treatment For Headache In A Child?

My five year old was kicked in the head by her three year old brother about a week ago. She doesn't have any bruising or a bump, but she sparatically tells me that she still has a headache where she got kicked. She said it hurts in the inside. She goes about her day normally. I don't notice any other symptoms. Is this anything I should be worried about?
