What Is The Treatment For Headache?

Hello, I had a headache this Monday and i have to take tylenol to get it to go away then yesterday i had a minor headache but didn't need to take any medicine. Right now after i ate lunch i started smelling blood in my left nostril and the smell lasted for about 15 minutes. I'm not sure if this matters but about 1 and half to 2 weeks ago I had a minor nose bleed (wasn't dripping out or anything) and it lasted for about 10 minutes. Now I'm very worried that it's something in my head. What should I do? Thanks.
