What Is The Treatment For Headaches And Giddiness?

i have been suffering from headache n giddiness for more than a month and as i am univesity student, i am unable to study. and also am having a sudden sudden chest pain which makes me difficult to atnd straight and sometimes makes me diificult to breathe. Whats the problem with me??
