What Is The Treatment For Hearing Loss?

I am having hearing loss in both ears for the past 1 year. In Audiometry test i got the result like the following,

Left ear 48.3 dB

Right ear 46.3 dB

My doctor asked me to go for hearing aid of stapedotomy. I want to opt stapedotomy laser surgery. Please explain me more about this. Thanks
