What Is The Treatment For Hearing Loss?

I had a stapedectomy about 6 wks ago. Hearing test shows greater hearing loss of high frequency sounds but very improved hearing of mid-range frequencise. I have increased intensity ringing, numb tongue, taste disturbance, dizziness from such things as burping & blowing nose still at this point. Will these things get better?
