What Is The Treatment For Heaviness In The Head And High BP?

I am 43 yrs old weighing 71 kg feeling heaviness at the back of my head, on the ridge of my nose and tingling sensation above my ears. I am under medication for high BP ( Stemlo beta). I also feel that my thrat is blocked. I have no sign of cough and cold.
