What Is The Treatment For Heavy Bleeding And Pinkish Discharge From Vagina?

I just went to hop in the shower, and I felt something sort of sliding out of my vagina. It sort of just fell out into my hand and I can now see it is a sort of sack-like thing, longer than my index finger and pink in colour with blood as well. It does not break up like a clot does, and it has an opening at one end.. After it came out, I had many clots and heavy bleeding flowing out for about five minutes.

I have been on the pill, but haven't been taking it regularly for the past week. I took the morning after pill last weekend, as my partner and I had unprotected sex and I was worried the regular pill wouldn't be effective. Please help.
