What Is The Treatment For Heavy Bleeding During Menstruation?

My name is Dee. I have a question about bleeding inbetween periods... I recently had a cycle at the end of February. I am usually normal; meaning having a period for 7 days and not having another one until 28 days later. For some unknown reason to me, I started my cycle approximately 10 days after my last cycle and 18 days before my next cycle. The bleeding is heavier than normal; and I am used to having a heavy period, but this is really heavy for me. In addition, I am not having any symptoms that goes along with my period besides bleeding. (Very light to no cramping, no mood swings, no headaches, etc). I am just a little tired I guess from the blood loss. What could this be?
