What Is The Treatment For High BP And Severe Headache?

I am 46 and experiencing Peri-menoupasal symptoms. suddenly experienced high BP ( 140/100). prescribed Amtas -M-25. on 17th May. experiencing severe continuous headache since evening. tried Vesograin (2 tabs) and Migrest (2 tabs) in last 36 hrs. I have history of migrain. Do i need to visit the Doc immediately ?
