What Is The Treatment For Hip And Back Pain?

i have an incidental 12mm hemaongia near S1. it is exactly where i am having back/hip pain. my chiro says my pain is coming from the bulges/disc which are small in my back. i beg to differ. i am scheduled to see an orthopedist. should i be worried b/c i am b/c that is the area of my pain. sleeping at nite is even worse.
