What Is The Treatment For Hyper Pigmentation And Black Dots On The Back?

hello doctor, i am a 19 year old girl .i have hyper pigmentation on my back all over due to acne and the dark spots have been there for 5 years. pimples come sometimes, its mostly the dark spots which are there now. I never did anything for my back. could you please suggest me if i apply aloe vera gel with tea tree oil will it be useful? or any other remedies? I live in england.
