What Is The Treatment For Hyperplasia And Thick Endometrium ?

if i have hyperplasia left untreated for more than 4 yrs and am now experiancing an endless bleed since nov 2010 and am showing an endometrial thickness of approximatly 2.4 cm in an ultrasound what are the chances that a byopsy will come back showing atypical features and or cancer what are chances of treatment that doesnt include a histerectomy
