What Is The Treatment For Hypomenorrhea?

Dear Dr :

I am 38 years old,I don't have baby.I had a very large fibroid(16cm).About one years ago I did myomectomy.After this surgery,I have hpomenorrhea.My questions is what can I do for this problem? Could you please help me.
