What Is The Treatment For Infected Toe Nail?

Hello.I have acute Paronchiya in my toe nail .I have already gone through a surgery for both the toe nails but one of my toe nail is still infected with this aliement.The symptoms are extensive puss formation ,redness an pain in the area .I have been cleaning it with chlorine as advised by the doctor since eight months but it is not helping me .Please recommend what should i do???
