What Is The Treatment For Infertility In Men?

Dear Doctor Sahib,



Assalam-O-Alaikum, My age is 35 years I got married in 1999 and have no child yet. Sevral Semen Tests confirms that i am suffering from Azoospermia. Doctor has advised me to go for Testicular biopsy.. What is it & what is the cost of this test.



My problems are as follows.



1- 11 years marraige no child

2- Semen is watery & quantity only 0.5 to ml only..earlier it was 1.5 to 2.5 ml but month by month its decreased.

3- premature ejaculation ... discharge time 30 seconds or less first time

4- some burning pain at ejaculation time

5 frequent urine problem as well & with little burning pain..every time when i pass urine at last it comes in shape of drops & in begining it goes to two directions.



Sir, Is it cure able..
