What Is The Treatment For Infertility In Men?

My husband is a type 1 Diabetic. We are currently trying to get pregnant. I have been off the pill and taking prenatal vitamins for 3 1/2 months. We have been having sex aligned with my ovulation schedule and we are still not pregnant. In my early research I have found that type 1 diabetic males may have issues with their sperm and I was wondering that if this is so, what my husband and I can do to better our chances of getting pregnant.
