What Is The Treatment For Infertility In Women?

I am a 31 year old female. I am trying to decide whether to go and see an endocrinologist in my area. I have not had any recommendations to do this but I'm not sure what else to do.
I have had horrible acne since I was a teenager. I have many different types of treatments from topical creams to Accutane. When I was older, I went on birth control. This seemed to help for the most part.
Sometimes when I don't eat for awhile, I get very weak and feel sick. I've never been to the doctor for this issue.
I went off birth control about 4 years ago. My acne has gotten worse each year. My period has gotten worse each year. Every now and then, my periods are so bad that sometimes I have to change my tampons every 5 to ten minutes. The clots are huge and I'm in pain. My gynecologist says that the only way to fix the periods is to go on birth control, which I don't want to do since I'm trying to have a baby. This is my next problem. I have unexplained infertility. I have had a dye test through my tubes and they were fine. I have been on chlomid with artificial insemination. I also tried some sort of injectible with artificial insemination.
So, would it be worth my while to see an endocrinologist or not? Thanks!
