What Is The Treatment For Ingrown Hair Follicles And White Spots?

I have had multiple ingrown hair follicles due to shaving incorrectly around my penis, recently I started getting spots on my sack which are poppable, like whiteheads, then around my upper legs, one started turning red like blood was clotting & I popped it & blood and white stuff came out
Now blood is clotting all around the area and there are tiny spots on the blood clots and it's really painful whenever I touch them.
I've had multiple sexual partners in the 6 months ( probably around 30 ) so I'm worried I may have caught something
