What Is The Treatment For Ingrown Hair In The Chin?

25yo Male. I had an ingrown hair on my chin right below the left side on my lip, I pulled it out about two weeks ago. The lump is still there and now no hair grows anywhere on it. About two days ago I started feeling another lump about an inch or two away from the first lump but now this lump is about the size of a quarter. I was pressing around on the lumps and pressed down on the first one when a hole formed and blood started coming out, and some of the blood looked like it was clotted... any idea what is going on?
