What Is The Treatment For Ingrown Labia Hairs?

I'm not sexually active, use to wax but shave pubic area, prone to yeast infections but my issue is several ingrown labia hairs . They sometimes itch and are tender to touch. They go down only to return painful & itchy with off white pus. I dont know if fungus or yeast is causing the problem that isn't going away. I have been giong through this for several months now.
