i am 50 years of age. 5'5 in height and 65 kilos. my periods have been on and off for the last couple of years. i had a period every 2 weeks for several months and now i have not bled at all this month. i have developed very painful stomach cramps and wind in my gut. it hurts to press my tummy. also i sometimes bleed during sex. my stools have become very loose. what should i do.
