What Is The Treatment For Itchiness All Over The Body?

Hi, I have a chronic itch all over my body, so much so that I am bleeding from scratching, I have been on steroids, steroid creams etc. but no improvement. There is no rash. I am also very tierd. No one else in the household has the same symtoms.
