What Is The Treatment For Itchiness In The Buttock?

I think I might have pinworm/threadworm. for the last few days my bottom has been really itchy and when I have gone to the toilet and wiped there I have noticed little white worms on the paper, today there I wiped the first time and there were about 5 or six but the second time i wiped there were about 10 tiny white worm like things wriggling around. I work really unsociable hours and my doctors arent open when Im free. What do i do?
